About Me
I became a certified Doula in 2023, I feel honored to be able to share my expertise with women and families around central and Northern Kentucky. I approach birth in whatever way you feel is right for you. As well as physical support during labor, my role is also to act as an advocate for the birthing woman and her family. I support ALL birth, natural, medicated, c-section, and still birth.
My heart is called to help support mamas who are saying goodbye and hello at the same time. My passion is loss. I have experienced my own loss of a baby due to miscarriage and it was so isolating and difficult to navigate on my own. I don’t ever want another mom to feel alone and hopeless during those difficult moments.
While my passion is Bereavement, that is not the only type of birth I love to support! No matter what your journey to motherhood looks like it would be a great opportunity to come along side of you and offer you support during this exciting time!

What I Offer
Labor Support
Your birth is just that, your birth. This is a monumental time in your life. While Finding out you're expecting can bring both joy and a bit of nervousness. As professional doula i provide emotional, physical and educational support through your pregnancy, birth and early postpartum. My experience and training give me the ability to guide you through each stage of pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. I support ALL births natural birth, medicated birth, unmedicated birth, VBAC or a planned cesarean I want to help you create a birth experience that YOU want and I will do so completely unbiased and judgement free.
What is included?

Initial consultation

Unlimited text, email and phone support
- From the time you hire, I am available by text, email or phone to answer your pregnancy, labor and postpartum questions.

3-4 1 hour prenatal session
- During these sessions we will go over your preferences and how we can go about helping you achieve your desired birth experience. I will use this as a time to discuss your fears, concerns and help guide you through them to make informed and empowered decisions about your labor and delivery!

Continuous Labor support
-When you feel you are ready for my presence, I will come, and I will stay with you until you deliver and are though the initial postpartum period.

Immediate postpartum care
-I stay up to 2 hours immediately after your birth to assist with breastfeeding, answer questions and ensure that you and your partner have what you need.

1 in home postpartum follow up visit
- During this visit we will discuss your birth, and I will help you navigate through your experiences and thoughts. We will discuss your birth from your prospective and I will help you process your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
